2005 Corolla Sun Visor Removal

Dear Forum Users 🙂, The sun visors in my 2005 1.4 D4D Corolla saloon (Mark IX/E120 type, facelift update) must be removed so as a quick superglue fix may be applied to reconnect the visor roller bar back onto the visor. My question is: how does one remove the sun visors from the point where they are connected to the interior roof of the car? Is there some quick methodology? Thank you for any information.
