Corolla headlight motor

Hi just fitted passenger side headlight on corolla 2004 when i move dial up in side car it stops when i move it towards 0 the motor starts and wont stop any help is the leveling connector not connected right?

Not able for find any wiring diagram for those motors /control, but first need to ask what happens if you disconnect the 'new' lamp ?

Does the drivers side then move up and down ok with the control dial ?   If so it looks like the wiring is wrong on your 'New' lamp ?

Is it a new 'compatible' one or secondhand , and are they supposed to be identical to your model, which model have you got , though not sure if there is any wiring difference ?

Have you compared the passenger side wiring to the drivers side to see if the colours/pins agree ?
