Yaris 2000 key programming

Hi - I have seen a couple of posts on key programming but all require the new key to be cut. Is there a method checking that the programming works before cutting the key?

In the event that I have to have the key cut, could you direct me to the key programming section for the Yaris 2000 1.0

loads of threads on the subject on here that get dug up on a regular basis

getting the key cut is the easiest option and only a few quid if you have the blank as the programming requires the ignition on/off
