RAv4 2001 Back Door Tyre Space Blank

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get a Blank of some sort to place on the back door instead of the spare Tyre ?  We've had our 2001 RAV4 from new, it's a brilliant machine and we don't want to part with it, but I'm fed up with the Spare tyre being on the back, both the look of it  and the fact that I've never got used to seeing it in the rearview. It can go in the Boot, but that leaves the indentation and bolts holes exposed.I thought maybe there is something that could be put in its place.
