Corolla EE111- what is the UK equivilant?

Hi, I've purchased a Corolla , but didn't realise until after purchase that it was a import from Belgium in 2005. I Have the EEC certificate of conformity. It is UK spec. But I am having difficulty insuring it as I cant say what EE111 equates to as a UK model. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks Dawn

You can compare it to a UK model, but for insurance purposes it isn't a UK model.

Try Adrian Flux, who offer Toyota Owners Club insurance and who have experience in arranging insurance for imports - Freephone 0800 5876. Mention you're a member of Toyota Owners Club and they may offer a discount of up to 15%.
