Charging not working

Hello

i have corolla 1.4 vvti e12 2003

i have problem with charging system on my corolla.  lcon of Battery on dasboard not turn on in second key positon and if i start with charged Battery after couple minutes car stop runing. I changed regulator on aternator and nothing happend 

i want ask if anybody know what can be wrong and what i should try

A weak Battery is the likely cause or loose or corroded terminals

Have you checked the voltage from the alternator ? Did you also change the brushes ?

Brushes are half ... so they need to change ? 
and Battery is new .. so i can try tomorow clean or change terminals

Brushes are new they are in one set with regulator 😕

i forgot about that
