toyota mmt gearbox issues

Hi . i would like if someone can help me with advice to my problem. i bought a Toyota corolla 2008 model 1,6 advance with a mmt gearbox. I had the gear change actuator changed and the had a technician do reset set and the learn on the gearbox to the computer. the problem is when the car is cold it changes in to all the gears and when it gets hot it takes a long time to change gears and sometimes it would not change. i have to switch of the car and wait for it to cool down. once it cool then i start it and it will change gear. i have done a diagnostic test once more and this is the errors it shows

p0820 - transmission control system MIL request circuit malfunction (wiring, mechanical fault)

p0909 - transmission gate select control error (mechanical)
