I have a 94 Corolla with the 1.6L. It was my winter car and didn't get driven much. Last fall some gems tried to steal it, smashing the window and attempting to hotwire it. They failed and now I'm unable to get the car to start. I found the main 100A fuse blown and an EFI fuse blown also so I replaced those first. It cranks great but still won't start. I've checked for spark with some quick start fluid and it sputters and runs for a second or two when blowing some directly into the intake. When I turn the key on, I don't hear the pump priming and I don't hear anything from it or the Circuit opening relay (the green one behind the dash under the radio). I replaced the EFI relay, MAIN relay, HEAD relay, and the Circuit opening relay in case any had been shorted out. I pulled the fuel pump and checked to make sure it is still functioning and it seems to be. My next plan would to check for fuel at the rail but not being a Toyota guy I wonder if I'm missing something obvious. I also found two connectors on the drivers side foot well near the fuse bank that seem to go to nothing and I don't know if there for an option my car doesn't have or if the wannabe thieves did some other kind of monkeying around with the electrical. Everything else on the car works I'm very stumped at this point. Any help would be appreciated! Cheers!
