 Hello everyone.....happy Easter. 

Does anyone know what these sticker/patches are on both sides of my Yaris (rear)???

I believe that they are there to prevent stone chips and scratches appearing on the bodywork from the rear wheels. My Auris has them too.

My Prius Gen 4 has them too. Protection as HS78 says, add to stone chips - heel kicking from people getting in/out (if you had rear doors that is)

A lot of cars have stone guards, regardless of manufacturer or whether they are three or five doors. We've had Nissans, Hondas, Mazdas, Hyundais and Toyotas, and the vast majority have had stone guards fitted.
