multimedia screen not coming on

hello everyone 

just looking for some advice

I drive Toyota Aygo 2017 with multimedia system(touchscreen).Had no issues until this morning when i started the car and the screen did not come on. The radio started playing and if i touch the screen, there is a beep meaning i am pressing buttons but the display is blank(black),it doesn’t switch on. When i put the car into reverse gear, the rear view camera also doesn’t come on😩any advice please?🥴thank you

Take it back to toyota is under warranty

Try pressing the lower of the two buttons. The menu screen should come on. Go to setup. Select screen on.

Unfortunately that didn’t work 😞 I guess i will just have to wait so Toyota can repair it 😞 Thanks anyway
