Adding a centre arm rest

Bought a centre arm rest to fit the one missing from my car. Got the correct age etc. All fits okay. However, the very back panel with the single ashtray will not fit back on. Will not fit because of the plastic trim.

 

Any ideas where to get one that fits with an arm rest in place?

So this is the bit I need. It has the 2 slots in the top. Not sure what part this is. I have only seen it on eBay etc if you buy the entire centre console as well, even though the bits come apart. Mine at present has no slots in the top.

 

Is there a part number or some particular name i need to search for which yields more results?
