Just a quick hello to everyone

Just wanted to say a quick hi to everyone my names mark and I'm from the north east of geordie Newcastle lol, I have just joined the forums. I have had the new 2020 camry 2.5 hybrid design model for the last 8 weeks and got to say I love it, I do wish I was able to wait for the excel though as it was only a £1k in price difference for me, but couldnt wait 3-4 month for it as I taxi for my living.

Like I say I have had it for 8weeks now been mostly in sport alittle in normal and hardly any in eco lol, I'm averaging 55-63 mpg which is mostly round the door driving stop starting etc, I do have a heavy foot most of the time and had 540 miles off a full tank which is great as it's only costing me about £45 ish for a tank.

I havent had any problems yet with 5300 miles on the car already, but I do find the car easily scratches on the paint though apart from that I find the car geart overall, comfort, the drive and the power and plenty of room also.

Thanks for the welcome, I find the touch and go system spot on and easy to use.

I'm looking at some carbon interior bits, a few things for the exterior window spoiler and trunk spoiler, roof wrap going down the rear pillars, some front side and rear diffusers and maybe some new wheels, I'll see how I getbkn to be honest, as everything needs to come from either the states or Hong Kong lol..

Thank you do wish I could of waited longer for the excel model, but as I taxi for my job couldnt bring myself to wait 3-4 month as much it was only an extra £1k between the models 😔

The Camry was always a nice looking car, and this Hybrid model is no different, and a Hybrid too.  Good choice Mark.
