2015 Auris Removing the lights/reflectors on the rear bumper

Hi, been searching the net all night to no avail but found this communities so I am hoping someone here can help.

Like a fool I have reversed into a stationary object (it came out of nowhere) and have cracked the lower rear light/reflector on my bumper.  

I'm struggling to find a replacement but if I could I'd like to have a crack at fixing it myself but cannot find a video or instructions on how to remove the old one and fit a new one.  Has anyone here got any experience it this sort of change?  Hoping it's not a remove the bumper job but just have no idea.

Just get a phone on the other side and take a picture. Usually they are held by clips, and sometimes a screw or two.

Or just try to find a used one on eBay, and you can see if it has any screw holes.
