Add a fuse/piggy back fuse

Hi newbie here with a quick question!,have an iq3 2009.

Im fitting a hardwired Dashcam and hoping somebody could point me in the right direction with a piggy back fuse,I have located the interior fuse box under the dash,and a switched live,but confused as to which fuse is connected to a permanent  live,any info would be most appreciated!!.

I have a iq 2 with cloth seats would I use the same fuse?
