Estima Hybriid 2009 sliding doors

Hi hope to get some information of here, my Estima  both the  electric sliding doors are not working. We have checked the fuse which is fine. Anyone ever had the same issue and managed to resolve it

Hi there. Have you checked button which deactivating both doors? I pressed once accidentally and started to panic, but later on found where problem was.
