I have just received a letter off Toyota about giving me 3 months free breakdown cover and am concerned as they say it will expire in May 2021.

I thought when I bought a Toyota warranty breakdown was included? I bought a 3 year Toyota warranty and service plan I would be covered until February 2023? Surely the 3 months free cover should be added onto the cover and expire May, 2023.

Also I have not received any documents on my warranty cover or service plan. Do you get a letter? Or is it just on REG number logged on computer?

What is Toyotas email address?

Did you buy the service plan through a dealer? If so, I would contact them first - usually service would be responsible for service plans.
