New on toyota's

Hi,

new here on the board because i bought my wife a E12 hatch as a replacement for her Nissan P11-144

I've always driven Nissan. Still own a N13ZX and a P10eGT. But i had to find a car for the misses as her crunchy P11 didn't got through MOT.

My grandfather said to me 30yrs ago: "You can buy every car you want as long as it is a Nissan or Toyota"
Not finding any descent Nissans for the correct price i went for a Toyota.

The E12 is a nice car and the first one where i can slide the seat enough backwards.
It has only two minor point. Temperature meter in the dash isn't working and the clutch is worn out.

I've allready ordered a new clutch set but i have never worked on a Corolla.
Hopefully it's simple like on the Primera.

 

Looking forward to drive this thing a liitle more. Seems like the handling is pretty good for a stock car.
