Using in car phone can’t be heard

Hi I have paired my iPhone and when making calls I can hear them but they can’t hear me. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere ? Just read somewhere this could be a software issue update ‘entune’ ?

Entune is the multimedia system used for the US market, which is different to the system used for Europe (Touch 2).

Whilst making a call on the LHS of the touch screen is a menu one option is volume, press this and you can adjust incoming/outgoing volumes

Yes tried that and make no difference it’s almost like the in car mic is on mute. There are some posts online suggesting to disconnect 12v Battery for 30 mins to fix but will that cause any other issues ?

Finally got this issue sorted today with the dealer resetting the telematics box.
