2008 Aygo Rear Seat Leather

My rear leather seats (manufactured) are unclipping from the metal base, exposing the foam?! Only the top edge. There is a metal ‘U’ edge to the leather upholstery and a corresponding channel in the seat but doesn’t matter what I do, it doesn’t stay in?! The slightly exposed foam looks terrible from the rear window! Hope someone can help?! Thanks
