Tailgate trunk latch stuck

Toyota Avensis (T250) 2006 Estate 

Tailgate boot lid trunk lock catch latch stucked! When I press the button I hear the motor but nothing happen. Accessed from the inside at small square panel in the lower centre of the door, removed it and placed a screwdriver in the hole and pushed the lever to the right, but it seems to be stuck. This patch cannot be switched to either side, the feeling that either inside something is broken or thoroughly trapped. What are the options to get rid of this mechanism? There is a similar detail in the picture, in which I have indicated which paw is stuck.

That paw was damaged, also had to break the lever moved by this paw. In this case, there was no other way to break the lock catch latch. 

Before breaking this switch, you have to buy something to put in place, because when you open it, it can no longer be locked.
