2006 Verso T180 No Start after EGR Clean

Hi I have a 2006 Corolla Verso T180 Had a fault code P0400. left the car sitting for a while as we are in lockdown Battery went flat now recharged Cleaned EGR valve. After the clean it started but ran very roughly and stopped immediately. Now is cranks but will not start. Any ideas please.
