Avensis 2.4 idle vibrations

Guys,

Need your help! I have a problem in my 2005 Avensis T25 2.4 2AZ FSE. Engine vibrates being on Drive or Reverse when it's hot. While on Park or Neutral its smooth. I cleaned the whole air intake system with the throttle, which I took out and MAF sensor. It's slightly better but still vibrates. I see that exhaust pipe shakes as well. Can you give me some advice what to check? Engine mounting or maybe what to clean?

What RPMs are you seeing at idle when in gear? Could be the engine mounts or too low RPM

At idle when warm I see between 600 and 800 RPMs. When it's cold and RPMs are about 1000 it is very smooth.

Engines tend to shake more when the RPMs are lower, especially when the mounts are worn. 600-800 is normal idle RPM so I would at least do a visual inspection of the mounts.
