Lost key - how to get replacement?

Hi everyone,

I have a 57 plate toyota yaris 1.8 litre SR. I've lost the key remote for it. I still have the actual key but not the black rectangular remote sensor part. Does anybody know how I can get another one? I assume the new remote will need programming in?

Any help is appreciated.
