Windiow wiper anomoly

My daughter's Yaris is a 1.3 2011 model and I'm looking for a front wiper blade for it.

The reg number brings up the version with two front blades but this car has only the one large one, 70cm long. Can anyone tell me the Bosch wiper blade suitable for a  this car or any other equivalent make?

It's possible thet the car is a later model  with an earlier reg for some reason.

The suppliers seem to  go for the reg number before they can supply anything these days.

The third generation Yaris went on sale in 2011 - so Yaris models first registered that year could be either 2nd or 3rd generation.

If you're using a third party vehicle compatibility checker (eg Halfords), these are not always accurate.

Could consider either getting the refills to fit the current blade(s) or the Optifit blades (made by Trico) from your Toyota dealer.

As FB's says - you local Toyota will fix you up, and the dealer I with is competative with prices (but no doubt you will always find cheaper).

2011 is a very early mk3, measure the one on the car, The Bosch aerotwin retrofit blade works very well

28" 700mm is correct

if its a mk2 it has 2 wipers a 24" and 15"

Iirc the Aerotwin flat blade is AR708U,

 

PS. any new blade comes coated with grease so clean it with some glass cleaner or screen wash
