Hi there, can someone tell me if the engine needs to be running for the C Diff Lock to engage on my manual 1996 Rav 4? Thanks in advance... Gary

I've done some research and it appears the C Diff Lock runs off vacuum from the intake manifold can someone just confirm that? Thanks
