just found out these defo need the little 'import' sidelight mod

the tweek is a 30 second job with a dremmel ..

do you mean they need a tweak to fit and import or beause they are an import??

there is no hole for the side lights .. there is a flat space .. but no hole ..

I've not bothered drilling mine yet ..

how do the current lights fit in then? - sorry if being blond!

there are separate bulb/bayonette things for the sidelight (white) and indicator (orange).

the bayonette on the indicator need trimming (stanley knife) and the hole for the sidelight needs drilling (dremmel).

good news is i can get them for £45 a pair as long as there are 10 orders

bad news is yes they are tricky to get hold of and the will be on back order until approx the end of august :(

also i need a 50% deposit to ensure i can get the 10 sets for definate as they are in very high demand :(

so ideally id need 5 folks to send the cash in for the deposit float and you would be paid up for when they arrive :!Removed!:

So does that mean NO-ONE wants the clear fronts now on this group buy? Well, the shop I ordered mine from say they are defo coming into the supplier end of the month(August), and they gnaget posted out to the shop as soon as they come in. They are 50 pounds the pair. No modding required, cos they are designed FOR UK spec cars.

If there's no interest in pursuing the gb then I'll be looking elsewhere and your price seems decent enough.

there is no problems with using these on a Europe car right? since my car is originally from Germany...now in Sweden.

if there is no problem with it sign me up for a pair!

and also i'd like to know exactly what there is needed to eb done on them!
