I want to change my oil at the weekend does anyone know whats best

cheers mate i looked at that i was thinking about Castrol RS as well were did you ket your TRD filter from i take it that they are better then a standard 1

filters are from fensport, envy may have them aswell??

how does a TRD filter become more benficial that a standard one? Seems strange really!
