I Have Had No Car Since Last Tuesday

Ok I took 4 days off the week before last to chill at home While I have my car serviced, and get some things fixed that needed attention.

Now I still do not have my car back.

Parts have been sent to me wrong from fensport parts have been sent to me wrong from toyota (guildford) wrong parts all together or wrong parts in right boxes :ffs: :ffs:

So I ring the garage today to find out whats happening with the car they say they will have to wait 4 days for a part from Belgium and I wont get the car back until next wednesday It's a joke they said they have 6 top mounts in stock but some how it takes 4 days from Belgium my airfilter from japan took 4 days hmmmm I think Belgium is a bit closer.

I give up with toyota, when I get the car back it's going up for sale I cannot be :censor: with it anymore all the parts are there for the car it's just let down by a :censor: service from suppliers so when I try to do anything it just seems to take ages.

But at least now I get too look at new cars

Just has to go cant trust any of the dealers round here to sort it, They guy who did my conversion now no longer lives in the uk he moved to New Zeland he was really the only person I could trust with my cars.

It just surprises me that when you give a dealer a chasis and model number for your car they still get the parts wrong :ffs: :ffs:

Kinda sucks to have to let it go but I cannot be without a car for 3 weeks My job depends on me being able to move around to site to site since last tuesday I have been working from home or in a school that is close to my house. :( :(

Looks like I will get it back on wednesday I am waiting for 1 top mount for the suspension thats it the car is all done just have to wait 4 days to get it :ffs: :ffs:

It sucks but at least when I get the car back I know that it's ll fixed and some git will get a nice fast working car just dont expect me to like them very much

Mate, it's common knowledge the dealer services are crap. But it's no reason to give up on your car... Find an independent specialist that will look after your motoring needs. Surely someone in your area can recommend a specialist?

I know a very good bloke that I recommend to every Toyota (and other Jap makes) owner I know.

Or even better learn to do it yourself, then you know it's done the way you want and you will save a fortune too

Please don't give up on Toyota for the reasons you mentioned :(

Dealers in my area are guildford, epsom and the new one in croydon dont know of anyother in surrey

Just gettig a bit down with no car and not being able to do my job :ffs:

I know how you feel, every time i need to order someting from toyota its a joke,

my local garage only has 2 people to run the whole parts department.

when i ordered a blow knob for the fan control last year, it took 5 months and 4 visits for me to get. :ffs: i was mad as hell

then it took 2 weeks to get a radiator cap delivered from another branch that was only 35 miles away. :censor:

every time i go in they need to look under the bonnet to get vin numbers etc.. beacuse they are too !Removed! lazy to put the info on there data base.

I hate going to toyota, but I still love my car
