Bluetooth issue

2020 Toyota Corolla by brand new and the bluetooth connects and disconnects repeatedly and you cannot use bluetooth I have tried forgetting device on my phone and on the bluetooth for the car nothing seems to be working

A member mentioned there is a problem with some Samsung phones and disconnection, not sure which thread the conversation was in. Is your phone a Samsung by any chance?  Worth checking all software updates on the phone have been updated. Can you try another phone to see if it has a problem?  I have a phone operating Android 8, and can't say I have had a problem.

Can you post a picture of the "Software update" screnn on your headunit?

Press "setup" button > onscreen scroll down on RH menu > press "Software update" on screen
