Manuals for the ST205 should be available at any Toyota dealer, if yours doesn't want to be very helpfull try someplace else.

• EWD198Y : ST202 electrical wiring diagram
  
• EWD204F : ST205 electrical wiring diagram supplement
  
• EWD269F : ST20# electrical wiring diagram supplement
  
• EWD343F : ST20# electrical wiring diagram supplement
  
• ERM101E : 3S-GTE engine emission control repair manual
  

Some may be out of print however.
