Gearbox problem

My Toyota Auris 2007 2zr 1.8 was driving nicely and reversing, in one of the morning when trying to reverse the car failed to reverse tried to diagnose nothing was picked tryed to change oil still no change plis wht might be the problem contacts are +26777068561

I would not bother. 
Probably he posted this on multiple forums, and waits for someone to contact him.

If people cant be bothered to help themselves, i see no reason to reach out to them.
