Avensis estate t180 brake master cylinder

Hello everyone

My first time here hope you can help,I have a avensis estate t 180 on a 57 plate ,my master cylinder has had it .

After searching for a new one on eBay and alike ,I'm finding plenty that say fit my car ,but I'm not convinced ,the prices vary by as much as around  190 pounds which doesn't seem right to me the part number is t 47201-05121. And I can't find any with this part number.

My question is does anybody know if there are other  master cylinders from other Toyota models that will be okay for my car even with different part numbers ,the main dealer wants 330 quid ,and I'm not paying that ,even a good second hand one would be fine .

The eBay sellers probably don't know the Toyota part numbers, they will only know that the part is from an Avensis.
