how to replace toyota "touch 2 with go" with "x-touch"

simple question,

same as upgrading windows 7 to windows 10 

is there a way to install X touch over the existing Touch 2 with Go and use Android Auto as an interface?

Have to bear in mind that not all X-touch systems (multimedia unit from the Aygo) have Android Auto, and is a different system to the Touch 2 with Go. Probably be better off sourcing an aftermarket unit with Android Auto.
