yesterday i took our Auris in for its 1st mot under our ownership

i was a bit on edge as the car has led headlight bulbs fitted and i left them in

for the mot,anyway the car passed its mot with no issues and nothing

mentioned regarding the led bulbs.

You will be the culprit driving behind me, in the dark, with lights my auto "dim" mirror can't cope with!:laugh:

with the headlights being shuttered i.e. projector type

you wont have a fragmented beam where light can be

scattered in all directions and blind you and oncoming vehicles,

if its of a reflector style of headlight this is when the you can become

dazzled / blinded as the light emitted by the bulb is reflected at a

different angle and in turn doesnt get focused correctly by the lens

and creates the fragmented light pattern we all dislike
