Broken front seat latch

Picked a nice looking hatchback 2012 yaris, happy with it. Noticed the day after picking it up that the front seat latch to get into the back was not working, how much do they cost to fix. Picked the car up in Birmingham and am from Sheffield England

3 door i take it ? It all depends on what wrong with it, make sure there is nothing jammed under the seat for a start

2012 is that an early mk3 yaris ?

 3 door yes, no nothing jammed, should I charge the cost to the dealership that sold me the car, its a 2012 yaris that cost 4350, a bit expensive, but I liked the look of it

I think you'll find you have to give them the chance to fix it.

The dealer will want to repair the car.
