Hi and help!!!! Accessing hiace dyna engine

Hi we have just purchased a Japanese import HiAce dyna campervan. She’s an old girl 1998 but a beauty. Need to top up levels, steering sounds ropey, so here’s the problem... can’t get to the engine. Have removed centre panel, but think the top up access in under the passenger seat but can’t work out how. There are no clips in footwell to allow chair to tip so I’m at a loss. Can’t get a manual so advice welcomed. THANK YOU

95 as in your profile or 98 ?

IIRC it has a release it then lifts from the front and tips backwards
