Best bet hpi check some are £2-£20
And if you download a app called know your car https://know-yourcar.co.uk/

Will show you every mot it had and the mileage and any issues, if your buying from a dealer they will do a hpi check on used vehicles

Any Toyota network history will show on the My T app, although you will need to be the owner of the car to have that. The dealer can also print off any network history too

Your profile says non UK, so a UK dealer would not be able to access that here. Go to a local dealer and see if it is possible in your country
