Leather for fabric swap out

Hi folks. 

I have a 2016 Avensis 1.6D and absolutely hate the seats lol. I know you can have them cleaned professionally and buy stuff yourself but anything I've bought simply hasn't worked. The cream colour always looks dirty quickly (hate that Toyota used that colour in the first place). Anyhow, I'm now thinking about getting shot of the fabric seats and replacing them with leather. Are they hard to get and could anyone point me in the right direction? I've tried eBay etc but haven't seen any. Thanks in advance. Ps- I'm not putting on seat covers as they never look right.

The only thing I have found that deep cleans it AG Interior Cleaner or have it steam cleaned
