2003 yaris won't start after a engine change

I swapped a engine from a 2001 yaris into my 2003 yaris as my own engine needed a timing chain but now it will not start and shows a camshaft sensor fault.

The only difference in the 2 engines I could see was the sensor so I swapped the 2 sensors before I fitted the engine.I have fitted a new sensor and checked the wires going to the sensor now but it will still not start. 

I have no spark from the coils either 

Has anybody had this problem before or know what it might be 

Any help would be very much appreciated
