Error codes on my toyota estima hybrid e four x 2.4

Hi I'm getting error codes on my toyota estima hybrid e four x 2.4 petrol c1259 and c1310 but I clear them and it's fine for about 7 days then all again help

That is usually the regen braking capacitor (black* box connected to the 12v battery)

 

* could be black, beige or silver

 

edit, a weak 12V Battery may cause the same issues it's an AGM type Battery and must be replaced with the same type, if you charge it off the car it needs a low and slow charge (trickle charge) what can take up to 48 hours

Going off the rough details posted, The brake control is part number 89680-33010 what is the same as the Prius (just to give you the idea of what it looks like)
