2010 rav 4 connectir near aux adapter

I've noticed my car has a port under the aux adapter port on the centre console  It looks like a USB port but is too small. Does anyone know what it is. Manual is no help

 Here it is, the slot below the green rimmed connector,  looks like a small USB port but dknt think it is

It's just an aux socket (3.5mm) the hole is where the cover clips in (86190-42010)
