Which oil for 2006 2.2 D4-D Rav4?

Hi guys,

I recently got a 2006 Rav4 2.2 D4-D and have been looking at which oil I should have in to top it up with. Searching places like Halfords and Euro Carparts with reg gives different options such as 0w-30, 5w-30 and 15w-40. I'm unsure of whether I can use any or one specifically. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
