I'm new here so hopefully i'm doing this right. I have a 2006 T180, getting the dreaded P2002 erro but booked in for a regen, however a new issue seems to have accured, around 1500-2000rpm i get a noise like a vibration / rattle, seems to come form the passenger side underneath the car, after 2000rpm you can't hear it., mainly noticeable in 2nd gear, bit like the noise you might here when the revs are too low to accelerate, sounds metallic, anyone any ideas?

It is difficult to diagnose noises without listening to them but it could be the baffles come adrift in the exhaust silencers especially if the exhaust is as old as the car the baffles do tend to rattle at low revs when you get the re gen done ask them to put it up on the ramp to verify if it is the exhaust baffles or take it to a local tyre and exhaust centre I am sure they would have a look for a nominal fee.
