Just wondered what makes a car a classic my car is a   a 1995 carina e gti saloon believed to be 1 of four still on the road or would it be just classed as old

Depends if you are chatting at the petrol station...

"Oooof Cool wheels, eh, My old dad had one"..... ( = classic)

Or

ForSale ad : "Mint, lovely car, one of only a few left £### oro" ( = old car)
