Unwelcome noise

Hi my wife has recently been using the MK4 supra as our landcruiser is in for injectors and MOT have noticed a loud rubbing/squeak when setting off with gas applied ( setting off normally), but when just using the clutch to move the car no noise, any ideas

 

It has a uprated 800bhp organic clutch in it

Loose drive/fanbelt?

No it's coming from the gear box/clutch, and it's everytime I pull off, I'm hoping maybe impact bearing or summit

As I've read most of times, this sort of noise is usually associated with problems with the clutch release or throw-out bearings
