Both front and rear washers have stopped working no noise coming from the pump to say its squirting

hi, when i go to clean my windscreen there is no water coming out I cant hear the pump going the back has stopped working as well any ideas unusual for both to stop working

maybe the pump needs replacing.?....or maybe just a clean of the contacts might work.?

I thought it might be a fuse thats gone, but can't seem to find the fuse boxes, it says online there are 4 boxes I found 2 by engine but locate the other 2 boxes

I believe your Estima is called a Previa in the UK, Suggest you search on line for the fuse box locations by that name. I found this:   ' In the 1996 Previa the fuses are located within easy access from inside the vehicle. There is a hatch which is part of the moulding which runs from the top of the dashboard to the windscreen. You would not expect it to lift up but it is released by a push button just above the heater controls under the overhang of the moulding. The rear wiper /washer circuit fuses are located and labeled under this hatch. Of course the layout of the 2003 version could be quite different.'
