2003 T3S - old but good?

My first post - I admit to never owning a Toyota, but have been offered a Toyota Avensis - details below...

Reg 2003 (03)

Model T3-S in Merlot Red

1.8 petrol

Sequential Auto

5 brand new tyres (inc spare)

New Battery

1 owner - Full Toyota service history from new

And - verified mileage of just 20500.

Now - I know it is old - I have been to see it - it is immaculate inside and out - apart from a small scrape at the rear from a parking mishap reversing into a garage.

I just need opinions on what mechanical pitfalls there may be on a car of this age - bearing in mind it has an ultra low mileage and has always lived in a garage, and what you might consider a fair price for its condition and mileage.

Very realable probably better than any new Toyota this was years Toyota made it's best cars

Good car.  Check for rust.

Change all fluids and filters and it should be fine.
