I can't help regarding the B9012 unit, having the more basic W53828 in my car. What phone are you using? Android is good, but depending on make and age, some phones like recent Samsung work well, though there is a function which can switch the audio to either the phone or bluetooth device. This is called Separate app sound. This is found in Settings, Sound and vibration, Advanced sound settings, finally Separate app sound. I have to admit, the function confuses me.
Also check permissions to see what if anything can be done. I assume you have deleted and re-paired the phone again?
Toyota's audio can be quirky at the best of times, and why I use a Bluetooth/USB adapter via the CD changer port, in addition to my cars voice only bluetooth. I get every bluetooth function - calls, map directions, music and voice commands.
I hope you find the solution. 👍

I'm trying to delete personal data and paired it again. I use Samsung a50 which is self-evident android.
I checked those settings out and it was turned on.

I'm trying to delete personal data under the secret menu instead. Maybe it will work. My dad thinks it's the cables for the Speakers because the navigation has been in an avensis with 11 Speakers, while mine has 6 Speakers

So the unit has put into the car. Did you get the owner manual with it? Toyota stereos are not always easy to set up, and you have to go through an unnecessarily complicated procedure, just to pair bluetooth, in the case of the W53828. I assume the B9012 is similar. The Samsung A50 is all good.

I have not received any manual, but I am just reading the one you have linked. Plus it has nothing to do with the microphone because I fixed wires to it.

B9012 and w53828 are very identical to wires.
My dad loves navigation, but he likes w53828 because everything worked on it.

When I installed the b9012 in the car, I did not turn off the bluetoth in the w53828 radio.
Could it have had something to do with it?

No. The bluetooth is contained in both units. It doesn't matter that you didn't switch off the bluetooth in the previous stereo. You just delete the bluetooth profile from the W53828 and in the phone, remove the W53828. Regardless it should cause problems with the B9012.
When I bought my car 5 years back, I had to delete the previous Bluetooth profile and remove any stored numbers.

I have deleted all devices for bluetoth in b9012.

I called myself from another phone. Then suddenly I could go into the phone menu. I pressed connect phone there. And it said "There is another device connected to this system, do you want to switch?"
I click swith then it connect for 4 seconds and go unconnects quick. I went to bluetoth on my phone and click "allow calls"

The phone icon does not bother to appear.

When someone calls. If it appears, it says "Connect phone". Where I have already done it and it asks for it again and again. And no sound from the speaker, but there is sound when I listen to music.
