Hello.The diesel heater on my Avensis T27 2012 is not working.Fuse is ok.Any tips?

Glow plugs or AUX diesel heater ?

 

Aux diesel heater.

Check the relay, can you hear it fire/ignite ? Are you getting fuel to it ?? tbh it's not something that is an option in the UK (Cold pack)
