Uneven tire wear

So my parents RAV has turned into a tyre eating monster... and not in a good way. It's a 2014 2.0D with 64k on the clock and its chewing through the rear inner edge on both sides, they don't tow/carry heavy loads and other than a trolley incident in a car park, it's been accident free. From memory this generation has zero camber adjustment on the rear, so i'm guessing it'll be either shocks/springs or control arm/bush related. Shock/spring failure seems unlikely based on age/miles and both sides being the same, bush/control arm slightly more so, I am aware of the US issues, but as the recall never happened over here, I assume it's not an issue on EU builds? The last specialist who had it on a 4 wheel alignment kit stopped returning calls some time ago, so before it goes anywhere else, I figured i'd have a look.

For anyone who has this issue in the future, the answer was the rear control arm bushes, they look OK, but pressure applied from a pry bar tells a different story. Toyota (apparently) don’t sell just the bushes - why am I not surprised? Instead preferring something north of £300 a side for the full control arm and bushes... £746 fully fitted. Compare that with the full set of bushes for both sides (single solid metal cases inner and a two part outer per side)  for the grand total of £77.50 delivered. Even paying an hours labour at the local garage saves over £600. Why in this day and age when we are more focused than ever on the environmental cost/impact Toyota feel it’s OK not to sell the but that’s designed to wear out on a control arm is beyond me.
